Our Clients can raise a ticket by emailing to support@cnetsohelpdesk.com or by logging to our web based online Ticket System.
When a request is received via email it is placed in our helpdesk database and a ticket number is automatically generated. There's no need to login to the web portal.
All replies sent between users and technicians are tracked which makes it useful (and easy) to login at a later date and review a previous help request
