Curriculum Network Support

Cnetso provides you the freedom of choosing from various pre defines structure of SLA or to built your own package of services depending upon your school requirements.

We will allocate one of our qualified engineer, just for your school, which gives a personal touch to the services. This will enable the school and our self to work closely and resolve the issues more effectively.

We also provide facility to our schools to call our help desk  which is available Monday - Friday from    8am till 6pm where you can speak to one of our  technical staff and report any IT related issues, we will try to resolve the issue remotely or on-site.

A web based online ticketing system is also available where teachers can submit their IT requirements and issues. This will then be checked by our IT technician who will resolve the issue during on-site visits. This system allows schools and our IT managers to keep record of service and maintenance provided to the school and ease the strain of managing ICT.
